Just a big thank to mark for helping me to use my coping skills after all those years since you set up the project. I'm not going to let the current situation beat me. Despite all the negativity of some people.
The project is not a support group as such. It's there for people to learn new skills for coping with problems, and also to further develope coping skills so that you can live more independently and encourage others to do the same it's about helping one another rather than being reliant on one person. Let your creative inner CHILD out to play you'll be a winner any day.

Wellbeing CIC are not all what they report and do not offer much of a
service beyond group activities for more mature people, they wasted
a lot of valuable time and caused a lot of confusion by misleading my
local general practice about what help, support and advice they offer.

This CIC is a career of self interest for Mark Swift and his managers
based on funding and social media marketing the fact he is studying
business and as entrepreneur speaks volumes in itself in my opinion...
