The most racist, unprofessional and child traumatising environment you could put yourself into. Lying, faking reports, NOBODY FROM THE STAFF HAS ANY RELEVANT EDUCATION for their job. At some point someone who used to work in Luton Children's Services became the manager of this refuge. She upheld a complaint of the resident family due to refuge acting unlawfully abusive to all their residents. Few months later she had to leave her job.
