Brought an injured animal in and found the staff to be quite rude. I was given a reference number and told I could call to check how it was doing and I’ve received nothing but bad attitude when I have tried to do so. I called a couple of days later and was told to call back the next day because they were busy, which I though ok that’s fine, then called the next day and was greeted by a rude member of staff that said they were too busy to check on animals in the hospital. Surely they should be checking them anyway? And if you were not willing to update me why give me the option? I still don’t know how my animal is doing and quite frankly I regret bringing it here.

What a beautiful place that helps any creature. My 10 year old son found this malnourished and poorly baby crow. We took it to the centre and the staff were wonderful, they were very grateful and praised mh boy for helping, he was upset to leave him so they gave him a reference number so he could call on check on the bird to see if he was OK. They gave him lots of information on how to help in the future. Excellent team ?

I went along to meet a cat that had a lot of needs. She had been found in a shed feeding her 5 kittens, all on her own. Amazing. The fear was, if she got out, then she would go feral. I didn't want that to happen. It was decided thay I wasn't the right home for her. The staff are so helpful and purely want the best for each cat in their care. I am being kept as a potential home for the next available one. I already have cats at home, so my new cat must be able to live with other cats. I would advise anyone to rescue a cat or dog from the RSPCA, make an appointment, and find your new family member. All animals deserve a loving home. It is so rewarding. Its unconditional love ❤️

Took a baby hoglet as we found it wandering in the day as it couldn't get back to nest in a garden which had horrible wire netting stopping the poor little thing
It was underweight and needed special food
They are looking after it until it regains weight
