First of all I’d like to say that the service provided by customer support has always been top notch and very friendly, hence the 2 stars.

However, I cannot be as positive about the company’s processes or policies. Management decisions reek of malicious compliance, refusing to accommodate requests from people that are supposed to be their employees, even when it is something stated as standard practice by HMRC and DWP (verbal confirmation of adjustments). Have been told it is impossible to provide any service beyond basic administrative processing which I see as totally unacceptable given the fees paid. The solution should be to hire more staff rather than simply abandoning responsibilities. Would recommend anyone working as a contractor seeks an alternative organisation.
