This shop does not comply with 2015 Consumer Right Act. My 71 old mother that lives off of a really low state pension was refused a return of a broken clock. To me It's only £5 but she recently had a heart attack and came to me very distressed. Absolutely appaling.

Just bought the most beautiful leather arm chair at a very good price from this wonderful shop. All the staff are fantastic but we want to say a special thank you and give a big hug to Matt who worked tirelessly to fit the chair into our car. Very helpfull and staff are polite. If any item in your house you don't use anymore and in good condition they will pick it up and take it away for nothing.
