Roar has developed me so much, with my fitness, how to defend myself and as a person. Ravi and the team have top experience in a variety of ways to fight including boxing, kickboxing, MMA and most importantly in how to defend yourself. Ravi takes the time to teach the basics first and to build on that. Being able to build a foundation with the encouragment needed to put the hard work in has been key for me to gain knowledge and confidence. I didn't know anyone when I started but was welcomed as part of the Roar family!!

Had an amazing time joining Roar Martial Arts classes, Ravi and his team are so welcoming to all abilities, all the instructors are fantastic and highly skilled in their disciplines.
