Played 7am this morning. Green keepers here are worth their weight in gold! All bunkers being raked correctly, new pin positions put in “correctly” using the board and cutting greens. What a difference to a golf club it makes having green keepers that take pride in their work and care about the members! Awesome job!

No winter greens & no mats required - the course was in fantastic condition with spectacular Greens for December.

Played there in the record breaking heat last week🥵, the course was in excellent condition, fairways and greens in great condition, greens running fast. Generous landing areas of the tee's, well place bunkers to catch stray shots, but once on the green, they're very undulating, tricky, wrong side and 3 putting is easy, maybe 4!
Would return and defo recommend 👍

Played in Seniors Open on 9-May-23, 8 pairs, all enjoyed the course, in very good condition, fast greens, well maintained. Clubhouse staff friendly, good simple food good pints all fairly priced. A very well organised event - as usual. We will be returning.

Just been for Sunday lunch was like a ready frozen meal i have had to come home and eat something else smallest Yorkshire iv ever seen disgusting I will never go back, we’re a shame because it used to be nice couple of year back.

Great food, friendly attentive staff and lovely setting.
We celebrated my Mum's 90th Birthday with a lunch at the golf club in Ponteland. Thank you very much Alan for going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful day which was enjoyed by all. The food was delicious and such a lovely menu selection, including all the special meal requirements which were especially appreciated. Everything about the day went well so thank you to you and your team for making it a special day to remember.

Except golf course that should be on everyone's list to play..... Thoroughly recommend playing Ponteland👍
