if i could give zero stars i would. Barely any support or care provided after almost half a year. The staff on reception seem to be nothing but useless. Either not answering the phone during the opening hours or pretending acknowledge your concerns. Having called the place multiple times and being told someone would reach out or call me back. Nothing ever happens. Suicide seeming like a much more logical decision than whatever this clown show is.

Should be an option for zero stars they discharged me last year my doctors referred me again in Feb this year found out I was discharged in March even tho I haven't seen anybody the mental health service is shocking failing people and if suicide is committed it will be lessons will be learned

I think you have to be on your knees begging for help before they'll even talk to you. And even then they'll only give you the run around. Mental health wellbeing? Only one way out now.

I find the negative comments unfair, I self referred and undertook 2 years of therapy, I can honestly say I now understand borderline personality disorder, you do not get palmed off and they do get you the help you need.

They are failures they failed the mother of my child while she was pregnant and unfortunately my child passed away and they are still failing the mother of my child needs to be shut down
