Absolutely disgusting housing association AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They claim to help vulnerable adults! I was promised a move on support flat until I found somewhere with he council, I lived under the 'care' of parasol holmes, also known as tate housing, and received Absolutely no support, landlord walked into my flat without permission taking pictures of me illegally, illegally trying to change my locks and evict me! They even illegally sent cctv of me to my local council trying to get my banned from the bidding list. I have been made to live in hell for the past 2 years with these and even had a member of staff who was working in the building leave and admitted that the reason she left was due to illegal and unfair treatment on multiple tenants. It is disgusting how this company claim and preach about helping vulnerable people when all they do is make your life living hell.

multiple repairs never done, 1 month with no hot water, broken window, injuries due to appauling state of the house as no one or 1 person comes round and still does no repairs. Notified several and even more several times. 1 month notice till housing benefit stopped, just needed re filling the form for all service users. Not been done and now everyone's housing benefit has been suspended. No reason for no accsess to garage whice we pay for. Not reliable.
