Dont hesitate if you need reassurance and help. To have someone to support and advise with guidance along the way. I wouldn't hesitate in asking for help as the worry and anxiety is bad enough. The Citizen advice are overwhelmed at the minute as you can guess. They pointed me to icann to help me with my understanding of the form filling and completing it. I've suffered from anxiety, depression severe knee joints and hardly able to walk and severe back pain. You can imagine how overwhelming this is to a person that as worked all his life. Amy at icann was a tower of strength and a real guidance to what is one of the most worrying g times in my life. She made sure she made good contact with me and reassured me when I was being asked questions during my assessment. As my memory is quite restricted when explaining something she politley made sure I mentioned the things that was going on and my day to day living is now affected. I cannot thank icann and Amy enough. They are a the stepping stones needed when trying to understand government documentation for people with health problems etc. I cannot but give this service ican offer the high praise it deserves and the professionalism from Amy.. Please do not hesitate to contact them if anybody is in need of help. The service is free and highly recommended .Thanks icann and Amy your help put faith and made me realise there is still kind caring and compassionate people still about.

After suffering serious health issues and nobody to help me I was told to ask citizens advice for help. They tried but couldn’t so was then put in touch with I-CANN they are extremely helpful they are patient and very understanding they don’t judge you and do their best to help.if you are struggling with something they may be able to help if not they may be able to provide help they really are brilliant ?

Excellent service!! If I could give 6 stars I would!
I had help today from a lovely young lady called Charlie, she helped me fill out a form I’ve been struggling with and she understood my condition my concerns and I left feeling my dignity intact.
