Tie useing the Equality Act 2010 against the people see how you get treated.
Jess th chef executive tyed to black mail me in to admiting some thing that I never done.
Or th would not help me.
When I then agreed to a talking to a member of staff that treat me bad.
She then made up another excuse not to help.
Use the Equality acr reasnable Ajustments against these if they treat you wit discrimination.
And if that is that in the end.
You have rights.
I suggest anyone dealing with them records these people as they don't act correctly,
open message to there cheff executive I know that you don't want to let me use the recording in civil court as it would show how your staff act.
And it would prove how I have been treated.
You have made further false allergat against me.
Go to the ico if false info is written about you by this Trust.

The latest I receive a letter from Kevin Nagle Chair of Board of Directors aiming false clams at me in a letter in my opinion.

Kevin come out and listen to your staff
Making up lies, about me.
I have it on recordings open offer to you.
I've told you staff I'm leaving this message hear.

Reply here if you want Kevin I have Noth to hide prove you false allegations against me.
Y the trust offered the recordings and I as for reasonable adjustment to a face the face meetin agreed with at first.
Are you trained in Equality and diversity Mr Nagel I doubt it.
And wind it in the recordings.

Stop writing false accusations in your arrigant letters unless you have evidence.

I don't care if your a trained solicitor you won't you aggressive letters in my opinion won't stop correct actions.

Don't accuse with no evidence Kevin you should no that as I believe a legle person?

This is a lovely place to go for advice and help, I went myself, Roy filled all my forms in for me, and took time to make sure everything was correct and in order, I would recommend anyone to go here for help, staff are excellent and very friendly, would give 10 stars if I could

They have very friendly staff and they have a lot of knowledge about P.I.P , they filled my form in for my son and he actually got the high awards in both mobility and care.
