I’ve had a wonderful experience at this Playscheme. My daughters, 9 and 6, thoroughly
Enjoyed themselves. In fact, I struggle to find something to experts in both girls due to their age gap but this experience was excellent as it offered physical exercise too!

The ladies who ran the club wer amazing whent beyond,the kids thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and all the games ,was very interactive, my kidss wer all catered for and felt safe and happy leevinf them there in thoer care. I do wish the lunch was a bit varied that was only issue although they enjoyed the nuggets nd chips

Excellent service at PlayStation by Carers Forward.
My kids thoroughly enjoyed the free Playscheme and the lovely food.
Highly experienced staff.
Unfortunately I got there a little earlier today due to work commitments and I called the office who arranged a member of staff to take the kids inside without issues.
Thank you very much.
Will definitely be using you for future event.

Very good and lovely carers who come everyday. They work well with my daughter and shes built a good relationship with them she has severe disability and complex needs her facial expressions shows that she's happy to see them .the carers are so caring and feel part of our family.if theres any issues you are always contacted and informed. Its good to have same carers coming as they become familiar with routine
Carers forward have recently given free sports items which the family can enjoy much appreciated for that! Thankyou.

If only I could give less than one star I would. My kids were left unsuprivised the whole time they were at the holiday club. There was a meeting point for kids to be left my husband arrived on time and left kids there with staff telling them that they were there for club not realising that the carers forward staff were late and hadnt arrvied on time. So my kids stood around unsupervised until I got there and seen them on verge of crying. When i raised concerns with the staff all three staff members where shouting at me very unprofessional and instead of apologising for their misatake playing the blame game. If you want your kids to be safe please don't trust carers forward at all. I just wished i recoreded the staffs unprofessional behaviour so they can't deny it which they are.
Edit: staff needs to be there when you have an organisation to run it sounds like coming late is a regular occurance as they said we normally ask the reception if any children have come but today we forgot. So its clearly happend before. like i explained to you many times there was no one at the meeting point so you should take responibilty for that for this situation not to happen again. My husband was'nt to kow that lady wasnt part of your staff even if that did happen why was your staff not there?

My children had an amazing time, staff are very kind and friendly and take good care of the children which is brilliant. The kids have lots of fun and really enjoy the summer club. Thanks
