I attended the My Birth session at the Tarner hub yesterday, and it was an incredible experience. Heidi and Felicity, the two facilitators, were fantastic! Their warmth & kindness put me completely at ease. The session allowed me to delve into my birth experience, which was mostly positive anyway, but they helped me reframe the parts that could have been better. I left feeling really positive and empowered as a mother!

Additionally, the venue was perfect for this type of group, providing a comfortable and supportive environment. I'd definitely recommend this group to every mother.

I did a Discussion and Mindfulness course, which was really well designed to get the group talking about the nitty gritty of motherhood. It built a sense of togetherness and understanding within our group, which we hope to continue now that our course is over. I found the course to be a huge relief from the loneliness of maternity leave, and I hope to do another Mothers Uncovered course before I go back to work.

I have followed Mothers Uncovered since it was set up. I wish there had been something like this available when I had my children fifty years ago. It provides such wonderful mutual peer support through creativity as well as discussion.
