First LGBTQ+ Community Centre in Brighton ever!
A+++ Lovely cafe with a relaxed atmosphere for all age groups. It's brilliant to meet with friends, date, or just yourself for a coffee; I recommend it. Prices are very reasonable.

Gaydio operates downstairs, and many rooms can be hired for many things (it's a community centre for LGBTQ+)

Omg, it’s such a special place!

I got introduced to the cafe via Brighton Fringe which turned it into the fringe hub. Many afternoons spent there - working, chatting, trying dirty chai for the first time.

The staff is fab, their flapjacks (in UK they call granola bars flapjacks - do not expect pancakes when you order one) are gluten-free and the most delicious I’ve tried EVER e-v-e-r.

Overall it friendly, it’s different, it’s delish!

What an amazing space. All of the volunteers are super friendly, and the idea and concept are divine. James (Ledward) was an absolute powerhouse of the Brighton "scene" and this community centre is an absolute twstament to him and his legacy. Fantastic coffee, plenty of cool people around to chat to, some fabulous cakes, and a great sober space to spend time in, whether to just sit and gas, meet new people, have a meeting at or whatever. WiFi on tap, just a great space to spend time in. James would be incredibly proud of what the community here has built (or as I'd usually say... gone done did)

Popped in to meet some friends. Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. No music and nice and airy which makes it feel calm. Lots of books, games and fidget toys available. Free WiFi and averagely priced hot drinks. Pastries and soft drinks also available. As a neurodivergent person I found this place comfortable, it feels like a safe space for the LGBT+ community and ND people alike.

Lovely atmosphere. It was quite quiet when I went in and had a relaxed atmosphere. There's good lighting to read or do work in and quiet music so it's easy to focus. Large open space feels quite spacious and would be great for big events. Lovely selection of LQBTQ+ books and feels very welcoming. Decent coffee as well!

Can't pick a better space to have coffee and cake in, whether you're queer or not there's plenty to do. Be it board games, a chat with friends, or just reading a book in a quiet and warm space.
