Should be 0 star.

This children contact centre in Poole is not recommended.
Poor substandard service.
It is just a normal house with a garden shed.
The small shed at the back of the garden is offered as a contact centre.

No facilities for children to play.

Manager Michelle gave me a completely wrong account number & name to pay the fees.

She is very rude & unprofessional.

She doesn’t understand the child arrangements order.

At the same time she wants bully parents & to push them to go with her own ideas.

Absolutely disappointed with the poor service.

Fairways have been truly excellent for me and my boys.
Sarah Palmer was very Pro-active in helping establish contact and facilitating the use of the facilities from the 1st email.
Sarah, Luke and M were great at supervising during sessions and special thanks to Luke who covered the majority.
Thankyou and maybe catch Luke @ The Engine Rooms.
Really grateful guys 😍😍

Staff refuse to listen, use health issues against parents, will make false allegations against you, then deny it. They take everything out of context and when you speak to them about it they deny everything. They do not know how to care for children at all, the offered to take my daughter while I showered and when she was returned to me her clothes were covered in poo! They handle babies roughly and think a 4 day old baby just needs to "cry it out". If you use formula they will write that against you say your putting your own needs before your babies. Then they'll fail you after they say you can't hold your child because of migraines and because she's having multiple carers, when it's them who's the reason for her having the multiple carers. Would not recommend at all.

I can't thank Fair ways and the staff enough, I was made welcome from the very begining.

Having never been allowed to meet my baby girl until she was 8 months old, I was so excited - very worried She wouldn't accept me, staff made her feel safe and helped me create a bond that will only get better and last a lifetime.

I was worried that meeting my daughter in a centre was going to make her nervous and me feel like I was in a controlled atmosphere. It was quite the opposite, everytime I drive into the carpark, I know that today is a good day, a day that I'll remember forever.

10 months ago I became a Father, 2 months ago I became a Dad.

Thank you Fair ways for everything you've done

Edward and Luna 🙂

I want to give a very big thank you to fairways contact team for all the help and support in a difficult time,
At first I was very worried about being judged, and also thinking about it being uncomfortable, but right from the start these two for me as been amazing from start to finish, Luke & Lauren amazing individuals, with different styles of working using their experience of life to make a bad situation as happy and comfortable as possible, I am so grateful for everything, and I wish you two the best in the future, keep on helping others the same way you helped me, God bless, one love, and respect

Yours thankful

If you are a young adult in need of “supported” living then forget it.. not enough support.. as soon as you turn 18 you are left to your own devices (would be nice to have some guidance).. company does not care for your basic tenancy rights and the lack of communication causes serious confusion and issues.. poor practice.

Awful experience and we didn’t even reach the contact! Poor communication and record keeping from staff.
Staff tend to use a “bully and belittle mentality”. Wouldn’t trust them to do a good job, look elsewhere.
Wouldn’t recommend at all!
