I didn't get any help. Sadly I was made to feel like I am in the wrong and that I shouldn't be getting/having what I do. Instead of treating me as my own circumstance, looking at what is affordable in my life, and seeing me as my own person, I got generalised with people who don't budget well and put as a "everyones experiencing it" situation, and I have to be happy my situation isn't as bad as what others got. I feel quite upset that I openly gave them all my personal info to get help, but instead got judged and made to feel like I don't work hard or deserve what I have and that I just got given it. We all have different budgets and circumstances. People assume because you're a single, working individual without dependants, that life is easy. Why not help a person accordingly rather than make some judgements and then get them out the door?
