Friendly, helpful staff, reasonable prices, and a good chance of finding something nice...

And picked up a film book from you the other day - Tuesday 11th October. A friend was interested also (will probably keep) so I looked up copies online. Nothing under £30!!! May be a looney price, but did you want me to bring it back for you to try for something like that? I did pay a bit more, and will be happy to pop an extra few quid in next time, but was surprised at that one!

Called in yesterday and explained the matter but not sure if I made myself clear. Bunged a few more quid in if that was ok, and picked up a few more bits and pieces...

I love this place. I frequently shop here on my days off and I have never had a bad experience. Every time I go here I often come out with so many nice items for such decent, low prices that it’s almost ridiculous, especially since lockdown. As well as this, the service is always so friendly, it’s like a proper community with all the locals who sometimes go in just to talk to the people working here hahaha. Thank you for making Northend better !
