Love this place, it's very enjoyable even to look around for no reason haha. Well laid out and cheap items with friendly staff.

I can't review it because Google only comes up with the furniture shop, but come across the road to the clothes shop too! It's where I volunteer <3

Extremely unprofessional rude manager. We expressed interest in an item, the manger pushed past us ripped the item off the wall and over our heads, she instructed us the £30 marked price was incorrect. We asked for the "Correct" price and were ignored three times. After waiting 20 minutes the price had more than doubled to £65.. I appreciate the manager was having a stressful morning but this was extremely unprofessional. My family have donated an entire house clearance from my late grandmother to Dorothy House Melksham and this is how I'm treated? You've lost all further business and donations from this family 👎

Lovely place to go to.. Prices have gone up a bit on some items but general qualijty seems to have improved 😊they even ooe. On Sundays now which I dint know.. ;.. Lovely shop.. Support your local charity x

Always friendly helpful. Good Covid system in place. Quarantine for donated goods in place as well. If you need a sofa table chairs or bed or disabled walking supports this is ideal place
