My wife rang last Thursday the 18th at 12.47 asking for a surprise birthday shout out for our future son in law who’s birthday was today on match day v Watford but unfortunately after giving the girl in the community Dept all his details and her promising it would be read out today we were so disappointed that nothing was said. The moment has now gone and chances are his next birthdays aren’t going to be on a match date. We are all season ticket holders so we are very disappointed

I rang up last week for a surprise birthday tour for my 8 year old son, they booked us in straight away with another birthday boy, the host Ryan was fantastic, Ryan took us around the stadium explaining everything in detail, the best bit for our boy was seeing the hometown dressing room with their tshirts ready for tomorrow’s match, it’s not something our son will ever experience again, thank you so much for making this tour a magical tour for our son.
