Absolute shocking driving as well as manners from the driver of car PK57 DOS.

Trying to merge into lane on amounderness way, the gent comes up behind the car on my left and wouldn’t let me merge in without hitting him and the guy in front. Had to slam breaks on nearly causing accident.

The guy had the cheek to the stick his fingers up at me when turning off. All of this whilst he had customers in the cab.

Disgraceful customer service! And I hope uber takes him out of business!

Amazing service. My mother in law unfortunately had an accident earlier this year which means she is wheelchair bound. It was my daughter’s 18th birthday meal today and mum in law has not had the confidence to venture out. After much reassuring we booked a wheelchair taxi. Colin was amazing, kind and patient. Thank you. Also the lady who answers the calls was lovely and helpful x

Poulton cabs have always been rip off merchants charging over a tenner from Poulton to Blackpool. I just got charged 15 quid. Absolutely ludicrous. People moan about Uber but I checked when I got home and the quote was 7 quid. I'm happy to pay a little extra to local companies but Poulton cabs are one of the biggest rip off merchants I have come across.

Fantastic service. Picked a group of us up from the railway station and took us up to Fleetwood for the football then picked us up afterwards and bought us back to Poulton. Our train arriving was 30 minutes late but I just called ahead and it was no problem to re-arrange. Many thanks!

Got Assaulted!! Be careful .... travelled with a female friend to Lytham. Taxi driver grabbed my friend by the neck and spat in her face demanding money. Then did the same thing to myself. Charged us £50.00 from Poulton to Lytham. Disgraceful behavior. Police notified.
