Absolutely shocking business. They told me a date and time I turned up for them to say they haven’t done it because of XYZ and that I had to understand. Shouldn’t be taking on more work than you can handle. Also no communication prior to me coming just turned up to find it hadn’t been done after leaving it with them a week. A pretty simple alteration that shouldn’t have taken that long to begin with and now I have wasted my time going to them twice for nothing. Terrible. DO NOT GO!

Having been a resident of Poulton for many years, I have been going to the Fashion house for all my alterations and repairs .The service and quality of work has always been of a higher standard and I have to say, both ladies that work there, are always so polite and respectful and prices have always been fair and value for the quality of work. Having used two other alteration shops in Poulton centre, this shop, without a shadow of a doubt is by far the best, and I will always recommend you.

I cannot emphasise how good Edyta and Monika are. Not only they clearly have got some fantastic tailoring skills, but they also have an eye for detail like no other tailors I came across.

They have fantastic customer services skills and dedication to do the best job possible. I have actually brought to them thetailored coat for resizing (which two other seamstresses attempted to do for me but didn’t deliver) and they did magnificent work on it. They were also very accommodating with fitting an appointment around my work, doing the alteration without much time and for a great price.

Very good value for money and really high quality of work. I will definitely be going back to them when I need more alterations. Thank you so much lovely ladies 😃

I wish I'd have gone here instead of Mr Jeaves, who misquoted me by over £20, proceeded to complete the job without letting me know about their mistake, did a shoddy repair on a zip, and never rang me to let me know my things were ready for collection.

Next time I'll go to Fashion House.
