No stars not at all and since they took the estate over its a shit hole and they brand you if you complain and in some cases tenancy check you every two years i have no trust with the housing team or Karbon Homes they are liars who told me everyone gets tenancy checks every two years except they don't and i will not interact with these people again after checking with neighbours and freinds they don't tenancy check them and so we are at impasse and i am close to taking legal action against Byker Trust and Karbon Homes and give the estate back to Newcastle council

Ì feel like I was treat like an animal for trying to get to my room (20:00 to 22:00) the guard basically talked down to me and locked me out (if it was fault then to be honest he couldn't spell my name)

Absolutely idiotic staff supposedly dealing with serious anti social behaviour and harassment complaints, you'd get more sense out of a goldfish.Utterly inept.

Complete joke you lot the old lady along street just sadly past away and you have told her family to empty the house the next day and stoped her housing benefit not even a week to sort things at this sad time do have bricks for hearts and pound sings for eyes even the council would have let them have a week to empty the house and yous claim to have won awards for being the best housing I don't know how if this is how you treat people I would love to see what you would be like if this was you I wish the council would take back over byker was a better place with them here and if I was this family I would go to the papers and let everyone see how heart less and greedy you are as a housing authority and how little compassion you have shown your tenants

After recently losing someone very important to my son, the BCT pulled out all the stops to ensure he has a safe and secure place to call home.Fantastic staff and a great attitude when urgency is involved.

I couldn't recommend BCT enough

This organisation is successful in raising funds by masquerading as equitable and just. Instead, antiBlackness and transphobic violence are common, and institutionally enabled.

I do not recommend
