if i could leave no stars i would, horrible company with a horrible business strategy. Put an offer on our house then became not contactable, chased for months and months then 4 months later weeks before exchange decide they want to do a survey, survey comes back with loads of fake problems and they try to drop their offer. Apparently this is common practice with them and maybe they don't understand that peoples lives are involved.

please do not accept an offer on your house from this company, they will screw you over

I'm getting told one thing that they haven't got a budget to get people stuff in the house when things are going missing and put food in the downstairs fridge freezer and they're trying to say that I haven't got a budget to give everybody a fridge-freezer in their own rooms but still three people getting it was because I've got the symptoms of krone 19 it's pathetic I have got on death's door before I get anything off them
