The people here are very welcoming. It's amazing what they do. You visit with nothing really on your mind, yet they are able to tease out any niggles you have, and everybody knows, if you talk about them to someone, they don't seem half as critical as they did before you talked. A very very kind and friendly staff a brilliant place to go if you suffer with mental health issues the Man in charge is called ovie and there's Sabina & Mandy and many more people you can talk to and it is all private and confidential I know this because I suffer from mental health issues so this is first hand experience

It's a drop in centre for people recovering from or living with mental health issues in the Sutton area. Teas, coffees and lunches available at low cost. Meet people in a comfortable, safe environment. Computer classes, yoga class and other activities occur weekly. The staff are very special tolerant people. Sutton is very lucky to have this facility. Excellent.
