June 2015 Contacted these people because I thought they were here to help, after only two days I was blatantly lied to by one of there advisors Helen Hart who I caught red handed. I cannot comment on the rest of the staff there but I have been left feeling let down by the people who are meant to help. AVOID
26/10/16 My mother needed the services as these are the only IMHA advocacy for my area, have spent the last 5 days leaving messages only for nobody to ring me back. I think it may be because I left a bad review last year (I had good reason to) so it would seem they have all taken it personally. They're services were required today for my mother who is suffering from Dementia and is currently sectioned I was hoping they would attend mums Care Programme Approach meeting. our family has suffered at the hands of the authority's (see my review on the Stein Center at St Caths hospital) I have found this Advocacy about as much use as a chocolate ashtray
