Just now I visited the shop. The short hair lady who was very rude to me i wanted to by a black neckles, there were two of them and asked the price politely. She said it's 2:50 and asked me to hang up the necklace back, I did. She said she doesn't want nay funny people here, I was so disappointed, I also said don't buy if you don't want to. Ridiculous customer service

Visited the store Wednesday and had a lovely experience. Manager was warm and welcoming and store looked excellent. The quality of the items were brilliant and really well priced. Manager was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Overall a genuinely great experience and I will be back! One of the best shops in Poole!
