Honestly a breath of fresh air. I have gained so much support and advice from Tina and Lynne. It can be very stressful when your child's school fail to provide the correct support. However just obtaining information, links and being put on the correct path has helped immensely and now the school has to act. Thank you so much.

Let me just start by saying what an amazing charity this is.
I've walked past the shop many a time in Birkenhead town centre without actually knowing what services it provided. However my family circumstances have changed drastically over the last 12 months, and so i did a little research and went to speak to the staff to see what services they provide.
I originally spoke to one of the male staff members who briefly told me what i needed to know. However latterly we've been dealing with a wonderful lady called "Dawn" this lady was amazing .. not only putting my mind at rest, but helping to deal with my 73yr old mum whos very anxious about using a mobility scooter. Dawn's so kind, considerate, and very knowledgeable about people's needs i will have no hesitation in recommending this charity to anyone in the future. What a wonderful service to the Wirral. So thank you once again for your professionalism being very covid secure as well ... what a 5☆ service.

Not satisfied with assistance in terms of quality or timing
As a venerable Carer for my severely disabled wife I was hoping to get a forum/ meet together to exchange views/ hints on difficulties encountered .
