This activity for our disabled daughter is a godsend!! 😊
The ladies that run it are very welcoming, and it is so organised, she is learning so much about sewing. At the moment, she is making a single quilt for her bed and the colours are delightful and vibrant. Lunch is also provided for a small fee which is fab, and the learners love that too!! 😊 😊 👏

My daughter started attending about 15wks ago and in that time she has completed a quilt and is now finishing up her bag she has been making , she absolutely loves sewing and her ability at it continues to amaze me! She loves sewing at the group and at home , it doesn’t just teach you to sew there are so many more skills she is acquiring along the way , to choose fabrics/patterns, to measure, to go and resource what she needs from the store with so much choice, to problem solve and she has learnt to use the iron but most of all the biggest things it has given her is more confidence in herself and to try new things ! The group is run by a patient , caring group of ladies that just makes for the fabulous group that it is x
