I decided on new contemporary lights for my sons bedroom - not realising that the wiring in our house is old! My husband and I thought we could give it a go but not only did we know very little about electrics but it would also be dangerous. I sent Owen a photo and he replied “Easy”!! He gave me a day and time - turned up all smiles. Very professional, enthusiastic, loves his job and knows his trade! Would highly recommend this young man 😊

Owen had fixed a broken underground clay pipe which was detected when sewage started backing into the house. He managed to find the underground pipe with minimal damage to my indoor garage, made the repair and installed an inspection chamber. Very quick to reply to queries and helpful. I appreciate his honesty, where other builders tried to take advantage of the situation. Highly recommended.

I have procured Owen James Developments on several occasions for works to my own property as well as providing them with professional consulting on their other schemes. For context I am the head of technical for a structural warranty and building control provider and also chartered under the CIOB, CABE and RICS.
I do this based on what I see from OJ Developments. Which I’ll add in todays built environment having a keen eye for detail, being quality driven and intent on not only providing exceptional customer service but also an incredible pride in their work I do go out of my way to help advise when needed.
I work with hundreds of developers and contractors throughout the UK and I genuinely wish to see this young business do well. There are far to many poor standards of construction in todays industry and I find whole heartedly refreshing to see OJ development focusing on quality.
