Female staff member was very abrupt, bordering on plain rudeness! I was told an item had already been sold, that was 2 months ago, it was still there yesterday. The guy on the front desk was much warmer. It is not a welcoming shop, and staff seem to fill the place with friends and family, quite intimidating.

Was able to hire a mobility scooter while ours was been charged up. There is a cafe which is quite reasonable price if you need a cooked meal.

Friendly staff. Lovely meals at low prices They have a charity shop inside too. Also a knitting/crocheting group is there on a Monday ?

Me and my wife went there for advise and help filling a PIP form she was very helpful polit and friendly but she has a waiting list of people who also need help, I highly recommend this to others.
