Rung in the morning and received an appointment the same morning.
When arriving was directed to the waiting room by a polite receptionist.
My appointment with the GP was on time.
The GP listened to me,was polite and treated me with respect.

Shocking clinic, the worst ! I have now had 2 appointments cancelled the day before!!
I’ve waited 2 months for this appointment now!! my husband has even taken the day off work for it because i was told I wasn’t allowed to drive after and his day off now can’t be cancelled !!!! What makes it even worse is I even phoned this morning and I was told the appointment was all fine for tomorrow ! 🤬 What an absolute joke of a place I will making a formal complaint!

Listed on the nhs website as a seller of healthy start vitamins, husband travelled specifically to get these just to be told they dont sell them, so either they've not updated their details or the receptionists are incompetent

I’m really disappointed in the shocking services provided from an incompetent receptionist . I’ve been struggling to get hold of an appointment for the past few months eventually got hold of one.
when I went in, Another Receptionist turned me away and said “ No note has been made for this appointment.
