I got sold a sofa full of mold, and it absolutely stunk. I ended up getting a full refund, including the delivery cost.

but I can't believe they are trying to resell this sofa even half of the price I originally spent on it.

if you're going to buy a sofa from here, please make sure you look fully around it first.

The staff are very difficult to identify and even if you do manage to do that, they are disinterested at best. The shop is cluttered and disorganised. The two wardrobes I looked at were in very poor condition with the door of one coming off as I opened it. The location of the store (at the bottom of the Fishergate Centre) is quite off putting due mainly to a strangely oppressive atmosphere. Overall, not worth making a special trip as you are unlikely to be 'just passing'.

I pop in regularly and have found some great stuff at bargain prices. There are often brand new items such as furniture from Wayfair and I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Worth a visit!

Not at all happy with the Asian man that served behind the counter ,very rude and does not realise the effect this may have on the shops reputation and how this may send customers away ,if he is voluntary he needs to be retrained or dismissed
