On a good day this store is excellent and my last visit was one of those days.

I was served by the duty manager Ryan, who was helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He went out of his way to help.

That said this store is not always this good, it really does depend on who you are served by!

fantastic customer service. well stocked and great prices. I returned an item that was sealed but without a receipt. they had my purchase on there database and were happy to refund me. great systems in place. keep it up screwfix.

The Pudsey branch is a small store but they seem to have most stuff and the staff are very good. 24 hours to wait to get something in stock isn't too long or Horsforth isn't very far for the odd occasions they don't have something.
