Warrington Deaf Club was a second home to myself and my siblings as a child, from the days when Mr Ken Barker, was there back in the 1960's through to today, a history that stretches back some 68 years, great to see the club still thriving, albeit with a little sadness at the loss of old family friends and regular members, but still pleased to take my father John Cooper, at aged 92, along on a Wednesday afternoon, to catch up with old friends and new acquaintances.
