After 22years of being on the housing waiting list. I was 18years old when I applied for housing. Zero contact in between. I get an offer of a 1 bedroom flat recently. I have had many text msgs & emails from the housing demanding a response from myself joke. Laughing & annoyed at the same time. I am very lucky I now have my own home. I feel sorry for people currently on the waiting list.

I have been a tenant for over 4 years and have always had any repair issues dealt with very quickly. Took a while to get my transfer to a bigger house through but when we did move the process was easy. We now have a lovely home!

I phoned golden gates to find information" after 40minutes I got through ' but no one takes any responsibility for some fencing I was inquiring about, , sick of "council tenants" getting preferential treatment. I bought my property 46 years ago, have no say in anything to do with "social housing tenants" disgusting ,

Would never ever recommend... We have the worst neighbours keeping us awake most nights and yet we have to keep a log of each time this happens... What for!! I am paying my rent I work full time yet the scrotes underneath us who don't work seem to be tip toed around... Sick of it now... What has to happen for you to do something seriously!!
