Tennants are subject to assured shorthold 6 months tenancy agreements and can be asked to leave, without any support from Fortunatus, and left to their own devices.
Scam 'charity' organisation, tax-free income is more important than tenants.
The wording on the website has been updated this week following complaints, an example of the previous lies are shown in the accompanying photo.

I was with these for 5 years after getting stalked my mental health detererated right on top of covid 😞. No services helped and i ended been in hospital on and of since 2020 a while and the house was took of due to a Dr not giving me overnight leave which had nothing to do with the housing. I would recommend fortunatus they do look after the property as well and Roy and Alan would always be out if needed on the day or days later. I never waited weeks like some housing make their tenants wait. I had no complaints been with them only due to covid no housing officers came out which did impact my mental health and when the property got took of me I had 2 months that my family sorted out which would not of got done without them as the staff don't get involved helping box things up. Now I'm home I'm back home with my family and I wouldn't go back as the cost of living would be to much now tbh and I personally ATM don't want responsibility of bills and a tenancy

Do not help you if you are in danger manager has a bad attitude and don't care about your mental health simply there to get the money for looking after you but they do fix any of the house's physical problems with genuinely nice fixit men
