I’ve visited the Gravesham Community Hospital many times over the years for blood tests and x-rays. However, in May 2024 I had to visit their family planning clinic, which exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by the high level of care and professionalism demonstrated by staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I will certainly continue to rely on them for any future medical needs.

I was told by my GP to go to hospital if I couldn't wait for my energy asthma review so I went here and I was checked in and told that it wouldn't be a proper review which I was fine with. I waited about an hour for the triage and I was shamed for going to them and they told me that's not an emergency and they don't have time for this. That being said it's not the first time I've been shamed and humiliated for going to them.

And I do classify something that could easily kill me as an emergency especially if Im using 2 inhalers per week and that's while I'm taking steroids for it as well. If I could give it a 0 I would.

The blonde girl with glasses at the reception is an absolutely incompetence and unpolite. Ironically, the centre is full with messages zero tolerance to unrespectful behaviour, looks this only applied if patients are rude, but there is no consequences for them.
I arrived to the centre with a letter recommendation that I wasn't sure where or if actually it was ok (as it was from a private doctor), she was laughing and chatting with other two girls. Without even finished my explanation, she cut my sentence and indicating me wrongly. I wasted the whole morning for nothing, something that she could say that it wasn't ok from the beginning if she paid attention to my explanation.

I went to the hospital. I was expecting to be waiting one and hours was seen within 10 minutes. The whole reception, nurse and Dr was so lovely and gave me the meds I needed. I would go back if needed 😊

Quick and pleasant service from receptionist to nurse/ GP that took care of my issue. Also bonus points for a triage nurse deescalating another aggressive patient behaviour protecting her colleagues. Outstanding staff, thank you all!

I'd give zero to phlebotomy department if I could. Terribly long waiting time due to staff taking ages to see a patient or doing something else in between. I've never experienced such long waiting time between patients in my life. Awful experience.

I have taken my son for urgent care treatment , who was in lot of pain .the triage nurse was not happy to see my son by a doctor . She was very rude and told no doctor available and it’s only 6.35pm and I could see Dr’s in other consultation rooms . This is totally unacceptable attitude towards patients . Please be compassionate to others .
