lauren was very kind to answer and give solid and thorough advice, and suggested i contact FSA.... but that's the institution that sent me to Citizens Advice Consumer Service in the first place
seems like no one bothers to do their job these days, just passing you from one institution to another
i gave an extra star for lauren's professionalism, but unfortunately it didn't solve my problem

I'm go there looking for advice, looking for help- they give me a phone number to call , I'm trying for 56 minutes. No one answer. Still I don't know what to do when I lost my home.... I will try again maybe this time I will have more luck.
