I booked a “Supreme” 3 bed 2 bath caravan for a week for my family. We arrived on Friday and just unloaded the car and went out for the afternoon and evening. Saturday morning- the ants appeared. We saw the cobwebs in 3 rooms and the dirt behind the sofa- it had never been pulled out. There was thick dust on the shelves and on top of the wardrobes.|Reception called the maintenance man who put powder everywhere inside the caravan including the worktops. I showed him behind the sofa where they were coming from and we helped him pull it out. I swept up a bag of rubbish, hair, crumbs etc. They were everywhere for the whole week and the only place we could store our bread etc was on the table, because they were inside the cupboards. He came back and put the powder all around the outside of the caravan. Sarah, the cleaning manager said that she was sorry it was so dirty. Nobody there was prepared to take any responsibility for the poor quality of cleanliness and hygiene. People used the pool without taking a shower first and the whole area needs a thorough clean. We only used the pool once. The restaurant food was good but we only had service because 3 tables of customers walked out because they had been waiting for such a long time for their order to be taken. The reception staff were unable to do anything. Nobody does their job properly and nobody takes responsibility or cares. Even the shelf in reception that displays the award that the site has received is thick with dust. I spent the holiday cleaning, including the stains off the caravan walls that had been there for a very long time. |So I have just received a reply to my complaint from customer care! |They are SORRY that I found it dirty. Problems with ants are normal apparently.|Well if there’s food and crumbs left around to feed them then they will find them and invade the caravan. |So beware! |If you book a holiday here you must check out the caravan before you unpack. If it’s dirty- hard luck. You’ll have to put up with it. But they’ll be SORRY. So sorry that they won’t do anything about it. Move you to a clean caravan- if they exist. They are definitely not as SORRY as I am for choosing to stay at Shorefield Park no B019!

Positives are nicely decorated caravans, we are disabled and had steps to go into caravan so not very accommodating in terms of that. Entertainment music unnecessarily loud however fun. Location good to get to lots of different places. Park warden was lovely and accommodating when we had no heating and hot water and plumber sent early morning was lovely too. Had a nice experience overall.

We stayed here at a 6 berth lodge with a hot tub. We found the lodge to be large, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the hot tub was also cleaned and was maintained by staff during our stay. ||We visited the pub and restaurant several times and were delighted with the quality of food, drink and staff. ||The park is large and clean, it has pools and a supermarket which we found very expensive so would advise to shop elsewhere. We would stay here again if in the area

Thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay at this site. Largish site but appears well managed. Super location. Our ‘Superior’ static caravan was spacious, comfortable & well-equipped. Quick response by site’s maintenance team to a minor plumbing issue. Pool, gym, clubhouse, restaurant, bar, etc. all add to an enjoyable stay.

We are staying at Shorefields and had a problem with the latch on our gate. Escaping dog. Within the hour from speaking to a lady on reception the latch was fixed. Lovely meals at the restaurant. Friendly staff all over the site. Hot tub is amazing. 3rd time holidaying here and already thinking of October to come back.

Stayed here for a long weekend on a cold March weekend. Accommodation (Seaside C18) spotlessly clean and warm, double bedroom a good size and with en-suite, beds in second bedroom, a twin, very tight but managed. Brought our dog, site is dog friendly and has some good walks to the beach and through woodland. Close to Milford-on-sea and short drive to the New Forest or into Lymington for the Saturday market. |Ate dinner at the Beachcomber restaurant onsite. Recommend you book as I expect it’s busy in the late Spring/Summer. Dog friendly area (Pooch corner) which was really nice. Modern interior, good choice of food, drinks ( including cocktails) and everything we ordered was good. Friendly staff. |Did a recce of the site, looks like a good outdoor pool and the children’s play area nearby looked good quality and fairly new. The whole site is very big, I imagine it could be very busy in school holidays, but out of season, really enjoyed our stay.

Attended the 60's weekend with friends. This was amazing, great bands and all the staff were excellent. ||The only thing that concerned us greatly was the locking and obstructing an emergency exit within the bar/lounge area on the Friday and Saturday night. There were approx 600 people enjoying this weekend and at least 2 wheelchair users. Security were asked why this was and we were advised the manager said there were ample other emergency exits to use, even though the emergency exit light was still illuminated above the locked door. The only reason for this in our opinion was management did not want to pay for extra security to cover that entrance/exit in making sure no persons entered without a wristband.

We had a fantastic Easter 🐣 break down here at shorefield. My son used 5 of the activity's during the day including the Easter party and the entertainment staff were brilliant. Our favourite bits of the holiday were the lady gaga act, pottery painting. Foil art, only murs tribute and the Easter party. Thank you so much to staff for being Brilliant.
