Totally corrupt organisation! Let abusive therapist off, ignoring a pile of pages of evidence,texts, pictures, details etc.

I'd like to be fair but haven't heard anything positive about the BACP. Had two clients who were treated appallingly by them when they had genuine concerns about other practitioners. One of these was severely traumatised by the offhand, dismissive manner in which she was treated. Really shocking.

In my opinion, this is an antiquated and corrupt organization designed to protect counsellors rather than protect the public from bad practice.
