I had the unfortunate experience of working at PSL, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. While the company’s mission used to be about caring for young individuals, that vision has been replaced with toxic leadership and favoritism. The management has no regard for its employees, especially those who are hardworking and dedicated. Instead of fostering teamwork, there's a clear divide between the support staff and management, leaving many of us feeling like our efforts are undervalued and ignored.

The situation has worsened ever since two particular heads took over. Their arrogance and lack of humanity have made the work environment unbearable. Hard work and dedication are overlooked, and those loyal to management are given preferential treatment, while the rest of us are left to deal with the consequences of their poor decisions.

What’s most frustrating is the inconsistency in leadership—what was once a company that cared for its people is now focused on firing innocent employees without cause. It’s disheartening to see how far the company has fallen, and it’s hard to see a future where things improve under such management.

If you’re looking for a place that values its employees and promotes real teamwork, this is not it. I can only hope that the leadership changes, and those responsible for this toxic environment face the consequences they deserve.

yeah no don't come here 🤣. im a service user here (been here for 1 year now) management will probably find out i wrote this and tell me off but oh well. i was promised support, therapy and help. been here one year now, nothing has changed, nothing at all. i have barely progressed. the progression i HAVE had, i did all by myself, hoping this company would let me leave to a more independent placement. staff really do not know how to deal with each different individual. its actually sad knowing i am not progressing and i am not being given any support (apart from being kept alive and breathing). honestly, i think this company could get better if they just had more training, stopped sacking good staff every 2 seconds, communicated, and provided a more therapeutic approach.
