Just in the process of teaching myself to knit so visited the yarn loft to have a little look what was available. The staff / owners were super friendly and I bought some reasonably priced beautiful fluffy yarn for my first little project. Will definitely go back.

I placed my first online order with Emily Foulds two days ago and received my order within 24 hours (wow!) I know that shipping is at the mercy of the courier but this was faster than fast! My first experience of ordering from Emily Fould's / The Yarn Loft is very positive ( and I buy an awful lot of yarn ). A good selection of yarns including a good selection of British Yarn. My order arrived quickly, prettily packaged and with a treat sample of a handwash solution. I've recommended on to folk from my knitting group - I so much prefer small businesses.

Wonderful selection of yarn! Though I haven't had the pleasure to visit in person the curation of yarn online and presentation of it by owner Laili on Instagram makes you feel like you have. Laili is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Looking forward to being able to visit in person.
