Saw Man the Lifeboats here 21/03/25. Cosy and intimate venue with good beer and lovely staff. Band were amazing, as anticipated. As much as we loved it, I imagine when it's very busy it would tricky to get about and see any bands, etc as there are large pillars with tables behind. Would definitely go again though. Shrewsbury is an amazing town.

Great small venue to listen to live music. Small stage which is quite low but as it’s small you can still get a good view. Beer prices ok ish, bottle of Newcastle brown ale £5.15 (steep) Brewdog 0.5% £4.40 which is ok but not spoons prices!
I saw The Rills there and was quite surprised by the small crowd for an up and coming indie band, confirms my thinking that Shrewsbury is a cultural backwater!

Dropped in by the off chance, this wasnt on our list.
Not much choice in real ales, both pale ales on the weak side below par.
There was a live band due on doing more sound checks than Foo Fighters. We drank up and left.
It got the better of us after 2 more pubs, we went back and greeted with this awesome live band for 5 covers leaving time to get train back.
Lovely unique venue.

N security in toilet people got hurt and security did nothing as can’t see this place should be shut down if can’t . I feel bad for the people I caught getting hurt so bad cameras in then bathroom. The bikers need to be stopped. How did this happen
