The home is clean and smells fresh, some decor needs attention however you can see this is in hand with the improvements being made.
Staff are very friendly and approachable, everyone takes time to speak to you.

Very welcoming on arrival. Lovely clean home and felt welcoming. Staff very polite and all very happy to help. Residents were busy with the activity coordinator. The afternoon tea looked amazing and inviting for all to have. Room sizes are large and decorated to a high standard. Lovely to be shown around and all questions answered. Thank you for a lovely experience

Staff and receptionist were very welcoming when we got there, manager very helpful and informative and answered all questions very clearly. Great atmosphere, was lovely to see the happy residents participating in activities. The home is inviting and has a homely approach as soon as you walk through the door. Highly recommended

my family have always worked in care, so I have seen a few care homes, this home is one of the better ones, staff were nice and friendly when I went in, and did not smell.

The staff at Radbrook Nursing Home were all amazing and cared for my Gran so well. We had no complaints. They ensured she was well looked after and also made sure we had everything we needed at such a difficult time for us, as a family. They checked in on us but also gave us privacy when we needed it. We can't thank them enough for the great care they provided. Thank you!
