I cannot recommend this wonderful Home Care company enough. My mum has carers who have supported her to live independently back home after a period in live in respite care. All of Mums carers who devoted and professional. Always arrive on time, fully attentive and have become companions to my mum. The office is superbly managed with excellent communication. Home Instead were very responsive when caring for my mother. It was very straightforward to contact them and they set me up with a sensible package of care for her and reviewed it on a regular basis with suggestions. Home Instead have been providing domiciliary care and now full time live in care for my Mum for a number of months. As her daughter, I have been extremely pleased by the standard of care provided. The carers have all been personable and really take pride in their work, building a relationship with my Mum which hasn't been easy due to the degenerative nature of her condition (PSP). What has also been particularly excellent is the support from Monika and Karen in the back office side of Home Instead, answering any questions and helping my Dad with his queries.

As testament to the care provided, my Dad is now getting the respite he needed as he was sole carer. He feels confident, as do I, that my Mum is receiving the best care possible. Thank you to everyone at Home Instead, very much appreciated and recommended.

Home Instead provided both home care visits and later live-in care for my mother for three years as her health and mobility steadily declined. The care was consistently excellent, especially in terms of the effort taken to create a team of carers around Mum who could build up really good relationships with her. The carers provided real companionship alongside meeting Mum’s practical needs, and this helped and supported us greatly as a family in managing her emotional needs and preventing social isolation and loneliness as she became completely housebound. There was good continuity with a low turnover of carers over the period which also helped in this regard. The care was of a consistently high quality - respectful, dignified, kind and cheerful. Would highly recommend the Altrincham Home Instead team to anyone with home care needs.

Fabulous caring staff.
Dad goes out 1 afternoon a week with a carer for 3 hours of activity. He really enjoys it. He has dementia and other health issues and the activities are catered to his needs and abilities.
Mum benefits from a rest and I get an afternoon off too.
Staff are so helpful, happy to accommodate our personal needs. If more care is needed we know we can rely on them to help us. Thank you.

Home Instead Altrincham, Sale & Wythenshawe cared for my mum for over 3 years. Mum started with a few visits a week and then eventually had a Live in Service through Home Instead as well as her needs increased and her health and mobility declined.
Without them, she would not have been able to stay at home which was where she wanted to be. The consistency and quality of her carers and the hour long visits meant that she built up really trusting relationships with them and she actually saw them as her friends.
They were a huge support to us as a family and enabled me to be a daughter more often than a carer.
I was so impressed by the company and the care they gave to mum that I now work for them myself!
