Brilliant building and brilliant charity for use by patients and their families. They have advisors to help with things like work and finances etc. They also hold regular courses and therapies e.g. Tai Chi, various support group meetings, nutrition etc.

They have a number of comfy rooms, lounge areas and outside garden areas, plus books and drinks. So, patients and/or carers can wait there if appointments are long or if they are intermittent throughout the day.

This place is a true haven away from Christies where there is space to have time out between treatments.. Also fantastic that they provide the counselling. Robin got me through a very difficult time and mentally put me back together. If you've not visited before, please go. The volunteers and staff are some of the best people I have ever met.
