A good housing Association..Find it a bit bizzare that M.C.C think if you get a small.private pension that would barely cover the rent of flat and council tax are NOT ALLOWED to put Name down for Retirement housing which Private Pension and Stae Pension would not cover yet any person who has state pension and housing benefit worth £250 a week can apply get all sorts of benefits .Advised on site to go private rent ..You must be joking ..3 months rent in advance £3750.00 plus over a 1.000 every 4 week Plus Council Tax band 3 .A joke M.C.C

No way should you let tenants with kids go without hot water or heating all weekend in freezing temperatures like this no answer on the emergency line from friday night its now sunday afternoon noone has answered an email i have fibromyalgia and my kids have asthma and health issues th is needs putting in the papers on the news now

Very rude, take the rent money and don't care or listen to tenants. No communication throughout all staff. No existence of Anti Social behaviour management, safeguarding their tenants, respecting, them, having an health two way communication with Southway and tenants. Southway breach company policy, legislation, act unlawfully and leave houses in disrepair. They do not process complaints or ant issues raised repairs, staff not doing their job, obstructing tenants rights. They deny things said and done, when their are written emails and logs tenants have.

My repair was cancelled by the repair man and I tried to book in another repair. I was number one in the queue for over twenty minutes and no one took my call. I tried to book it through emergency repairs, and the lady told me that it was not considered an emergency repair so she said I'll put you through the normal repair they don't have any callers in queue.
Imagine that. Beggars belief why they keep people on hold, and not answer the calls.
By the way, this repair had been booked in three weeks ago.
It was the fault of the repair man.
I'm considering cancelling direct debit rent payments for the the three weeks of suffering from the constant drilling noise, causing sleeplessness and anxiety until the work is completed.
