I had a lovely experience in the Norwich store today. Viner was super helpful with helping me pick out products and it was a refreshing experience to not feel pushed into products I wasn't in the market for buying that day; I felt like she really listened to my concerns, made really helpful suggestions, recommendations and when I said I was finishing up a product before purchasing another to try, she sorted me out with a tester for me to try out in the meantime. Sometimes cosmetics counters can feel a little intimidating but Viner provided a lovely experience and I'll look forward to my next visit to the store

Went to this store today and was stood at the till waiting to be served for about 10 minutes! I understand the ladies are speaking to other customers but then you should ensure someone is available at the till to serve. When a woman eventually went behind the till, we told her we had been waiting for a while, she did apologise but then said we should have come and found her to serve us! Felt like our faces didn't fit so will not be back.

This store, its Ladies, its products everything is just great. The staff are so friendly and they have a wealth of knowledge and go above and beyond with their customer service. Nothing is ever too much. I ❤️ my local Space NK store!
