I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Caddington Grove Care Home , and I was truly impressed by the level of care and compassion displayed by the entire staff. My mother in law had 4 weeks respite at Caddington Grove, it was a fantastic care home, the staff were so kind and caring, the activities were varied and really fun for her, she was involved in days out, daily clubs, exercise groups and the wonderful Peggy helped her so much regaining her mobility.
Anna who organised the activities was great at getting everyone involved, even arranging water fights with water pistols when the really hot weather hit.
My mother in law said the food was fantastic, varied, and plenty of it, plus snacks and tea on tap!
I visited regularly and the staff were great to me as well, offering refreshments and even getting ice lollies for my children.
My mother in law was very well taken care of, and I can’t praise all the staff enough.

It took out of hours doctors four attempts to get though to this home to assist with a patient. Also trying each of the three floors in turn. We are very busy and this wastes time . Sorry one star but this is important and there is a feasible solution. Get a dedicated mobile phone for the person in charge to hold.

Absolutely beautiful care home friendly staff, lovely residents. Always clean and tidy. Inside the home is full of so much to keep the residents happy and make them feel settled. It really feels like home from home for them with lots of friendly people to talk too.

First impressions are important and from the moment I entered Caddington Grove I felt a happy welcoming atmosphere . The staff are hard working and attentive to the residents as if they are all family members and the home is exceptionally clean and well managed .
