Thank goodness for these volunteers .It was just such a relief to know that this place exists and so local .The staff are so relaxed and friendly .The staff take the time to let you talk and listen .Excellent .

Great people especially Steve Ridgeway he has really helped us out by pointing us in the right direction for numerous problems.
I got my pip reinstated I didn't know this place existed I thought there was only the C.A.B (CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU) .
But the Cannock advice centre are in my opinion a way better service they seem to care more and won't just give up at the first hurdle

Help with blue badge renewal. I got help on the 13th of September, and the new one arrived on the 21st of September. The help given was fantastic, so I would most definitely recommend them.

At first they were so great and seemed so helpful, not imposing and very easy to book an appointment.
However, after finding my boyfriend did not get any points on PIP, I phoned to ask if they would be willing to write a MR on his behalf, they stated they would but they never thought my partner would get PIP anyway as he didn’t look/seem bad enough. His conditions are all mental - he has chronic depression, anxiety and autism. He seems very normal but once you talk to him and see what he struggles with you realise his limitations. I thought CAB were confidential and non judgmental but after today, have had quite the opposite experience. Will not be using again unfortunately.

Hi unfortunately you’ve reviewed the wrong organisation. We are Cannock Chase Advice Centre not Citizens Advice Bureau which you appear to have reviewed. As a volunteer at CCAC I know that you wouldn’t have received that advice. Can I suggest you contact us we’re in Park Lane, you and your boyfriend will be treated well and in absolute confidence.
